Publish without rework

Keep ERP, PIM, shop and marketplaces on the same version

Validated changes leave Fuse immediately or on a schedule, over files, REST or a connector, with success, error and retry reported per destination.

The situation today

What goes wrong today

A price change, a rewritten description, an availability update or a replaced image has to reach several systems at once. Done by hand it becomes a cascade of spreadsheets and reminders, and the moment one destination is skipped the shop and the marketplace disagree. Customers find that gap faster than any internal report does, and each channel has its own idea of when it is willing to accept an update.

The mechanism

How it runs in Fuse

A change validated on the golden record triggers the exports you configured: the ERP, the PIM, the shop, marketplaces, advertising feeds and sales catalogues. Each destination receives the projection it expects, when it accepts it: immediately for systems that take updates as they happen, hourly, nightly or aligned to that system's own cycle for the others. Directory polling picks up new files on an interval. Every run reports what succeeded, what failed and what was retried, so a silent failure is not possible.

Each destination receives what it accepts; timing follows that system's own capacity for updates.

What changes

What you get

  1. Consistency across channels

One validated version leaves the platform, so channels differ in format rather than in content.

  2. Smaller gaps between shop and marketplace

The window in which two channels disagree closes as the change is validated, or at the next scheduled run.

  3. No spreadsheet cascade

Distribution is a workflow with a log, not a sequence of manual uploads by different people.

  4. Shorter time to reflect a change

A corrected price reaches every destination on the next run instead of the next reminder.

Indicators to track

Time for a change to reach a channel

minutes or hours per destination

Discrepancies between channels

field differences found per audit

Synchronisation failure rate

failed runs per week, per destination

A price, a rewritten description or a replaced image reference. We follow it through Fuse to each destination and show you what every one of them received, and when.

One field across two destinations is enough to start.
